Facts are stubborn things; and whatever may be our wishes, our inclinations, or the dictates of our passions, they cannot alter the state of facts and evidence.” – John Adams.
There should be an ability to state an undeniable truth. Humanity has relied on undeniable truth to keep order out of chaos and continue to move our species forward in progress. As we have advanced in thought and invention, truth has become blurred. We allow our cognitive bias to inform our opinions based on our personal experiences and cultural norms. When faced with questions of faith, we not only dig into our learned bias but also lean into cognitive dissonance. Faith can be claimed to be under attack when, in reality, a humble mind would embrace skepticism to strengthen belief and grow.

Kenny joins America Emboldened along with Chris Michaels. We discovered that the scientific investigations Kenny presents are often met with denial of facts. There is much to digest in today’s show. There is a video of this show on our X feed, @RealGregBoulden, for those wanting to see the clips we mention. It is a long episode, but we felt it was worthwhile to keep it in its entirety.
