The first amendment to the US Constitution states: Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof, or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.
In a landmark case, a federal judge just took the United States federal government to the woodshed!
The ultimate questions that anyone who has supported the government’s narratives must ask themselves are, “How do I now seek forgiveness for buying into the lies of the COVID catastrophe, and how do I seek to hold those responsible for deceiving me in such epic ways?”
Every one of the first amendment RIGHTS that our Creator bestowed on us has been abrogated over the past three-plus years. The judge’s statement that follows is hopefully one of the many clarion calls that our country must accept in order to begin to set our house in order: the illegal and abusive powers enacted on us all must be rejected in order for the restoration of foundational truths and freedoms.
The Plaintiffs in the case alleged the government suppressed conservative speech in at least nine areas, such as:
(1) suppressing the Hunter Biden laptop story prior to the 2020 Presidential election;
(2) suppressing speech about the lab-leak theory of COVID-19’s origin;
(3) suppressing speech about the efficiency of masks and COVID-19 lockdowns;
(4) suppressing speech about the efficiency of COVID-19 vaccines;
(5) suppressing speech about election integrity in the 2020 presidential election;
(6) suppressing speech about the security of voting by mail;
(7) suppressing parody content about Defendants;
(8) suppressing negative posts about the economy; and
(9) suppressing negative posts about President Biden.
Despite the rampant abuses and illegalities that have been so rampant, the MSM has been complicit: given that, the WSJ had a major break last week with an article titled ‘COVID Censorship Proved To Be Deadly.’ A postmortem assessment by an accomplice, if there ever was one.
Also in relation to the uncovering of the truth was last week’s testimony by Steve Kirsch before Pennsylvania’s senate. His succinct review of the damages done by immunizations should be viewed by all.
A European nation revealed incontrovertible evidence of COVID shots adverse events being closely linked to specific batches. There were three groups – a group of 34% of those that received the jabs had no adverse events, which lends further evidence that (thankfully) they were simply saline injections.
The lunacy from our world ‘leaders’ continued last week as WHO Director Tedros demanded more control for the WHO in order to defeat future pandemics. As Ethiopia’s finest export, the veterinarian boldly proclaimed the right of the WHO to receive dominion over all humanity.
