CAIR is the perfect example because it especially affects the American people, but it is a replica of what Muslims are attempting in every Christian country in Europe, the Americas, and Africa.

In several articles over the last nine years, America Out Loud addressed the subject of CAIR long before Tom Cotton (R-Ark) is, at last, bringing it to the attention of Americans. I shall share with our readers Islamic references and declarations, as well as repeat items published here previously, to prove the veracity of this article.

Cotton to Long: Investigate CAIR for Ties to Terrorists

Washington, D.C. — Senator Tom Cotton (R-Arkansas) today sent a letter to Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Commissioner Billy Long requesting an investigation into the nonprofit status of the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) due to the group’s ties to terrorist organizations like Hamas and the Muslim Brotherhood and the organization’s leadership repeatedly voicing support for terrorism.

In part, Senator Cotton wrote:

“The IRS has broad authority to examine whether an entity’s operations align with its exempt purpose. Tax-exempt status is a privilege, not a right, and it should not subsidize organizations with links to terrorism.”

Dear Commissioner Long,

I write urging you to investigate the Council on American-Islamic Relations’ (CAIR) status as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Recent news and longstanding evidence demonstrate CAIR’s ties to terrorist organizations, including Hamas and the Muslim Brotherhood, and their activities.

CAIR purports to be a civil rights organization dedicated to protecting the rights of American Muslims. But substantial evidence confirms CAIR has deep ties to terrorist organizations. In fact, in the largest terrorism-financing case in U.S. history, CAIR was listed as a member of the Muslim Brotherhood’s Palestine Committee. Government exhibits from the trial revealed that CAIR’s founders participated in a meeting of Hamas supporters in Philadelphia, where they discussed strategies to advance the Islamist agenda in America while concealing their true affiliations.

These connections are not mere historical footnotes. In a November 2023 speech, CAIR’s national executive director, Nihad Awad, stated that he was “happy to see” Palestinians “breaking the siege and throwing down the shackles of their own land” during the horrific October 7^th terrorist attacks by Hamas in Israel. These are only a few examples of CAIR’s heinous activities.

The Internal Revenue Code requires that 501(c)(3) organizations operate exclusively for charitable, educational, or religious purposes, and are prohibited from providing material support to terrorism. The IRS has broad authority to examine whether an entity’s operations align with its exempt purpose. Tax-exempt status is a privilege, not a right, and it should not subsidize organizations with links to terrorism.

I request that the IRS immediately investigate CAIR’s compliance with section 501(c)(3), including a review of its financial records, affiliations, and activities.

It is of the utmost importance to enlighten our readers with the true meaning of words, titles, and concepts as perceived by Muslims and not outsiders, to consolidate our conclusions of the dangers that are lurking.

Allah: The name of Muhammad’s god, which was in reality the name of the supreme god of 360 other deities in Pagan Arabia, centuries before Muhammad attempted to falsely metamorphose him into the God of Abraham, Moses, and Jesus. After all, Muhammad’s full name is Muhammad bin Abd Allah, meaning his father was the slave of Allah, the pagan god.

Islam: Submission to the one and only god called Allah. It has absolutely nothing to do with the word peace, which is Salam.

Sharia is a body of religious law that forms a part of the Islamic tradition based on the scriptures of Islam, particularly the Qur’an and hadith. In Islamic terminology, it refers to immutable, intangible divine law; contrary to fiqh, which refers to its interpretations by Islamic scholars.

Sharia regulates and controls the lives of Muslims from birth till death, determining all religious, social, educational, economic, legal, moral, and military aspects of their life without ever questioning or deviating from them, and therefore never able to reform or self-correct.

Kuffar: Derogatory Arabic-language term used by Muslims to refer to non-Muslims, more specifically referring to someone who disbelieves in the Islamic god (Allah), denies his authority, and rejects the message of Islam as the truth.

All humans who are not Muslims are also considered Infidels or Unbelievers. Currently, they represent 80% of humanity. According to Islamic Sharia, Kuffar reside in Dar al Harb (Territory of War, non-Muslim lands), to be conquered, plundered, subjugated, slaughtered, or enslaved at will by Muslims.

1400 years ago, Muhammad declared total and eternal war against all humans until they either submit to Sharia or are exterminated.

Al Tauba 9:29 “Fight (go to war against) those who do not believe in Allah nor the Last Day and who do not consider unlawful what Allah and His Messenger have made unlawful and who do not adopt the religion of truth (Islam) from those who were given the Scripture (Christians and Jews), until they pay the Jizyah (penalty for not accepting Islam) willingly while they are humiliated.”

Al Baqara 2.216: “Jihad (holy fighting in Allah’s Cause) is ordained for you (Muslims) though you dislike it, and it may be that you dislike a thing which is good for you and that you like a thing which is bad for you. Allah knows, but you do not know.”

Sahih Al-Bukhari Hadith 4.50 Narrated by Anas bin Malik

“The Prophet said, ‘A single endeavour of fighting in Allah’s Cause {Qital fi Sabil Allah} (JIHAD) is better than the world and whatever is in it.'”

Ladies and gentlemen, to be able to indoctrinate any human being, to be so prepared as to willingly die for a belief, thus becoming a martyr [shaheed] who would be rewarded with eternal sexual, sensual & carnal pleasures in the afterlife in Muhammad’s Whorehouse version of Paradise than in life on earth, should be considered among the most diabolical weapons of war ever conceived.

Al Mai’da 5:51 “O ye who believe (Muslims)! Take not the Jews [Yahood] and the Christians [Nasara] for your friends and protectors: they are but friends and protectors to each other. 

 And he amongst you that turns to them (for friendship) is of them…”

Al Imran 3:85 “If anyone desires a religion other than Islam (submission to Allah), never will it be accepted of him …” 

I can provide at least another 107 such verses for those who love gore and death, but the above is enough to fully understand the message of Islam and Muslims.

CAIR: The Council on American–Islamic Relations is a Muslim civil rights and advocacy group founded in 1994. It is headquartered on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C., with regional offices nationwide. Through civil rights actions, media relations, civic engagement, and education, CAIR works to promote social, legal, and political activism among Muslims in America.

A CAIR initiative, funded in part by a $500,000 donation from Saudi Prince Al-Waleed bin Talal bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, sent a set of 18 books and tapes to public libraries, written by Muslim and non-Muslim authors on Islamic history and practices, as well as an English translation of the Quran.

In 2005, CAIR coordinated the joint release of a fatwa by 344 American Muslim organizations, mosques, and imams nationwide that stated: “Islam strictly condemns religious extremism and the use of violence against innocent lives. There is no justification in Islam for extremism or terrorism. Targeting civilians’ life and property through suicide bombings or any other method of attack is haram or forbidden, and those who commit these barbaric acts are criminals, not martyrs.”

The fatwa cited passages from the Quran and hadith that prohibit violence against innocent people and injustice, and was signed by the Fiqh Council of North America.

These alleged 344 Muslim luminaries have not been able to convince any of the Muslim terrorist entities plaguing humanity, such as the PLO, Hamas, Hezbollah, al-Shabab, Boko Haram, and 150 more.

These 344 bastards are lying through their rotten teeth, knowing full well that Muslim terrorists carry Muhammad’s Quran with them and point at the very verses that sanctify them to commit slaughter.

In June 2006, CAIR announced a $50 million project (monies from Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Iran, and others) to create a better understanding of Islam and Muslims in the US. ($10 million per year for five years), In a project spearheaded by Paul Findley, a former U.S. Congressman.

On October 22, 2007, the Holy Land Foundation (HLF) trial ended in a mistrial. All defendants were convicted upon retrial in 2008.

In 2008, the FBI discontinued its long-standing relationship with CAIR. Officials said the decision followed the conviction of the HLF directors for laundering millions of dollars to Hamas, revelations that Nihal Awad had participated in planning meetings with HLF, and CAIR’s failure to provide details of its ties to Hamas.

During a 2008 retrial of the HLF case, FBI Special Agent Lara Burns labelled CAIR “a front group for Hamas.” In January 2009, the FBI’s DC office instructed all field offices to cut ties with CAIR, as the ban extended into the Obama administration.

CAIR has opposed proposed United States legislation and executive orders that would have designated the Muslim Brotherhood as a foreign terrorist organization, saying that such a designation would “inevitably be used in a political campaign to attack those same groups and individuals, to marginalize the American Muslim community and to demonize Islam.”

Almost every member of CAIR is Sharia-compliant, especially the female troublemaker, Linda Sarsour.

In summation, CAIR is an insidious, perfidious, and treasonous Islamic entity that should be eradicated from the face of the USA as soon as humanly possible. Their single purpose is to replace the US Constitution with Sharia by all means possible.

In 1995, CAIR handled its first case of hijab discrimination, in which a Muslim employee was denied the right to wear the hijab; this type of complaint became one of the most common received by CAIR’s civil rights department.

This was the beginning of hundreds of the most profitable cases of lawfare against American individuals or businesses based entirely upon the most stupendous lie possible, perpetrated by CAIR lawyers against Quran ignorant and low-intelligence judges and lawyers of the defendants.

CAIR and Muslim ‘scholars’, deliberately with malice aforethought, asserted to every US President, FBI, DOJ, CIA, and hundreds of millions of Americans that Hijab is mandated in their Quran.

I am more than willing and able to inform our readers that they have been deceiving all of you and getting away with murder because neither the lawyers of the defendants nor the judges nor all those mentioned earlier ever read, let alone studied, the Quran and Muhammad’s Sunna.

Not only can no one ever find the word Hijab in the Quran used to denote the covering of a woman in any way, shape, or form, but not a single one of Muhammad’s 11 wives was ever mentioned in the traditions wearing the hijab.

The hijab is used by male Muslims to subjugate and humiliate their females, as well as making them identifiable among non-Muslim females to avoid sexually attacking them.

The most egregious lies that have ever been insinuated into the human consciousness by Muslims and their apologists are:

Allah is the same as the God of the Bible

Islam is an Abrahamic religion

Muhammad was a prophet

Islam means peace

Jihad is a spiritual struggle to commune with God

Hijab is mandated in the Quran

Islamophobia is IRRATIONAL Fear of Muslims

And last but not least, the Quran was divinely revealed

Tom Cotton should start a class action lawsuit against CAIR and ISNA worth at least 800 million dollars to compensate their victims of subterfuge and for defamation of character based on what I have shared with you in this article, to start with. If anyone needs my assistance in this matter, I shall willingly provide it.
