This is FASCINATING. I experienced anxiety and pretty extreme insomnia when taking high doses of Vit. K2 as a bone support (for osteoporosis).
I don’t feel like I have Long C*V*D. Is it possible that my unwitting use of a plasmid curing compound caused the anxiety and severe insomnia?
Myristica Lowiana instead of Iowiana, I believe is the tree she referred to. I could be wrong, but I think not. There are over 150 species of Myristica of which Lowiana is only 1. Will any of the others work? the only one I can find as a tincture is the Myristica Fragrans which is the tree that produces nutmeg.
