Stop! Black people don’t need your help. Stop telling black people what to do and how to do it. And on top of that, stop telling black people what is and what isn’t racist. They have more experience than you on the subject matter. They got that covered.
Black people don’t need liberal white people telling them anything. In fact, here is a word of advice: “Stay the Hell out of black lives!”
For too long, and even more so now, white liberals have taken it upon themselves to act as directors of communication for black people. It is time for that to stop, for nothing good has come from their advice. If anything, their advice and policies pushed through Democrats have only served to be divisive and destructive.
Look at their push for Diversity Equity Inclusion aka DEI (should be known as Didn’t Earn It). This government-sanctioned ideology has done more to promote segregation than the Jim Crow laws in the South.
Not to mention, DEI has placed a target on the backs of blacks. It gives the impression that blacks are given jobs that don’t qualify. It also makes it seem that blacks can’t compete like other races in society, as such standards must be lowered. Naturally, those who are competing for the same jobs and services as blacks will assume they were favored over them and given a leg up because of DEI.
