Trump’s Ukraine Peace Plan May Include Revenue Sharing from Russian Energy Sales | Donald Trump’s newly appointed special representative for resolving the war between Russia and Ukraine, Keith Kellogg, has proposed a peace plan that reportedly includes allocating a share of Russian energy sales to Ukraine for its post-war recovery. In the initial phase, the plan calls for freezing the front line, implementing a cease-fire, and establishing a demilitarized zone. This would pave the way for negotiations, during which Russia could receive limited sanctions relief. However, a full withdrawal of sanctions would only occur after signing a peace agreement acceptable to Ukraine. (KYIV Post)
Trump says he wants peace, but how? | Throughout his campaign, Trump has vowed to bring peace to the region. “Get it over with and let’s get back to peace and stop killing people,” Trump said of the conflict in Gaza in an interview with conservative radio host Hugh Hewitt in April. Under Biden, the U.S. has been critical at times and slowed some weapons deliveries in response to Israel’s conduct in Gaza. Netanyahu is likely hoping that Trump’s return will loosen any restraints on Israel to pursue its war goals. (AP)
The COVID-19 pandemic changed everything and some things for the better | Although COVID-19 caused the early deaths of tens of millions of people, the closing of almost all educational institutions, the demoralization of humanity, the destruction of businesses, the millions of lost jobs, the division of societies between those who believed the Pharmaceuticals and media and those who utterly refused to comply, what was revealed because of these catastrophes is just as important positively if not even more than the negatives. Business: The almost two years of lockdowns changed how businesses were being run, many by online remote work from home. It gave over 200,000,000 Americans time to look at themselves and their society in a completely different way.
Media: Most legacy and social media were utterly disrupted by Elon Musk’s buying Twitter and transforming it from the Pravda misinformation platform of the leftists to the X of the informed Americans.
