This this 00:02:05.440 --> 00:02:08.560 federal legislation that unconstitutionally 00:02:08.560 --> 00:02:11.680 claims the control of voter registration in the 00:02:11.680 --> 00:02:15.120 states. Remember, nobody registers with the federal government 00:02:15.120 --> 00:02:17.280 to vote. Let me say that again. Well, 00:02:17.360 --> 00:02:19.280 that's not entirely true. If you live in 00:02:19.280 --> 00:02:22.480 Washington, D.C., you're you're you're registering with the 00:02:22.480 --> 00:02:25.040 federal government to vote. Anywhere else, you don't 00:02:25.040 --> 00:02:27.200 register with the federal government to vote. It's actually um the election day, 00:03:00.400 --> 00:03:02.320 it's early August. I I do my my 00:03:02.320 --> 00:03:05.200 voting early because it's easier, less 00:03:05.200 --> 00:03:08.640 crowds. So um, but it so it's on 00:03:08.640 --> 00:03:10.080 my mind when we're looking at what's going 00:03:10.080 --> 00:03:12.160 on, and of course, New Jersey now has 00:03:12.160 --> 00:03:15.360 been in the news lately because, well, of 00:03:15.360 --> 00:03:18.480 a quote-unquote software glitch. 00:03:19.280 --> 00:03:22.400 Now, Governor Cheryl announced uh last 00:03:22.400 --> 00:03:24.800 week that there was a glitch that allowed, 00:03:24.880 --> 00:03:27.120 I think it was a total of 6,600 00:03:27.120 --> 00:03:30.400 people who were not citizens to register 00:03:30.400 --> 00:03:33.520 to vote. Now, to find understand what's going 00:03:33.520 --> 00:03:34.880 on here, we have to go all the 00:03:34.880 --> 00:03:37.680 way back to the beginning of the so-called 00:03:37.680 --> 00:03:41.040 voter-voter. Uh, they it's its 00:03:41.200 --> 00:03:43.600 legal name is the National Voter Registration Act 00:03:43.600 --> 00:03:46.960 of 1993. Again, voter registration is not 00:03:46.960 --> 00:03:49.680 a federal power. This 00:05:52.240 --> 00:05:55.680 happened between uh June of 2023 and 00:05:55.680 --> 00:05:59.120 2024, right? Well, you know, all 00:08:10.560 --> 00:08:11.680 right, that's less than 10%. 00:08:12.640 --> 00:08:14.960 But that also means there were 400 citizens 00:08:14.960 --> 00:08:18.320 of your state, governor, whose votes were denied, 00:08:18.480 --> 00:08:21.760 or I shouldn't say whose votes were counteracted 00:08:21.760 --> 00:08:24.880 by an illegal vote. Right? Uh the lawsuit 00:10:45.840 --> 00:10:49.120 alleges that the uh uh the Sunnyvale 00:10:49.120 --> 00:10:52.320 School District violated the parents' constitutionally protected 00:10:52.320 --> 00:10:54.640 rights to direct the education upbringing of their 00:10:54.640 --> 00:10:56.960 children in accordance with in accordance with their 00:10:56.960 --> 00:11:00.400 sincerely held religious beliefs. That's uh something 00:11:00.400 --> 00:11:02.640 they they they've teased out of the 14th 00:11:02.640 --> 00:11:05.360 Amendment, that as a parent, part of the 00:11:05.360 --> 00:11:08.080 liberty you have is to how you raise 00:11:08.080 --> 00:11:11.440 your children. Uh so this um this case 00:11:11.440 --> 00:11:13.520 has been filed, and I want to stop 00:11:13.520 --> 00:11:15.920 and think about what's going on in our 00:11:15.920 --> 00:11:16.560 states. 00:11:17.600 --> 00:11:20.720 Because the public school is 00:11:20.880 --> 00:11:23.280 uh uh it's a state entity, right? This is where this 00:11:31.280 --> 00:11:33.440 the school is being sued, but they are 00:11:33.440 --> 00:11:35.440 a representative of their subdivision of the state 00:11:35.440 --> 00:11:38.480 of California. Now, the state of California has 00:11:38.480 --> 00:11:40.560 got this wacky message about 00:11:40.880 --> 00:11:44.160 LGBTQ, LMNOP, nonsense, right? 00:11:44.240 --> 00:11:46.640 All of this stuff, which not everybody agrees 00:11:46.640 --> 00:11:49.920 with. Now remember, public schools are there to 00:11:49.920 --> 00:11:52.080 help parents educate. And 00:13:04.880 --> 00:13:06.880 the mother had not been given the opportunity 00:13:06.880 --> 00:13:09.280 to opt out. And she went to the 00:13:09.280 --> 00:13:12.240 principal and wanted to know why she was 00:13:12.240 --> 00:13:15.600 denied the right to opt out. And the 00:13:15.600 --> 00:13:18.560 principal said, Well, we've found that if we 00:13:18.560 --> 00:13:20.800 allow parents to opt out, they tend to 00:13:20.800 --> 00:13:21.440 do so. 00:13:22.400 --> 00:13:24.160 Now, I want you to let that sink 00:13:24.160 --> 00:13:26.720 in for just a second.
