Former President Donald Trump, the presumptive GOP nominee, has some big decisions to make leading up to the 2024 election. Perhaps no choice is more significant than who he will select as his Vice President.
There has been a lot of speculation about who the pick might be, but nothing concrete as far as a hint to where Trump is leaning.
Vivek Ramaswamy made his name by running for president, and he has been one of Trump’s most loyal backers. Ramaswamy, who was a potential presidential candidate, has often been seen side by side with Trump at many of his rallies since dropping out of the race. He is very popular with Trump’s base, but many ask if he has the experience.
In addition to Ramaswamy, Red State governors Kristi Noem, Sarah Sanders, Kim Reynolds, and Ron DeSantis have also been discussed. Trump does not have a shortage of great candidates to choose from.
The former president’s choice is crucial because whoever he chooses will continue carrying the torch of the America First movement to Make America Great Again long past 2028. The chosen person will also inevitably be the GOP favorite in 2028.
