Remdesivir had a 54% death rate in clinical trials when tried as a treatment for Ebola and yet was suddenly deemed by Anthony Fauci — on the basis of one flawed clinical trial aborted early — to be the “gold standard” for COVID hospitalized patients despite its known toxicity, and damage to lungs, kidneys, and liver. Attorney Dan Watkins discusses an update on the Nation’s first lawsuits against three Fresno, California hospitals and their doctors for wrongful deaths due to remdesivir being given to patients who had refused this dangerous drug.
The remdesivir lawsuit alleges intentional torts of fraudulent concealment, battery, and elder abuse (in those patients over 65). Attorney Watkins is now working with attorneys across America to file similar lawsuits in Maryland, Kentucky, Arizona, Texas, and Nevada.
Today’s Whistleblower report also discusses Attorney Watkins’ lawsuit against Kaiser Permanente in California for the tragic gender exploitation, castration, and permanent damage to a young man whose one goal in life was to be a good father – and how the medical system exploited this young man and failed to provide proper diagnostic evaluation and alternative treatment options to a permanent castration surgery that has left this young man in chronic pain — physically, emotionally and spiritually.
