Reports of political violence as Election Day nears in America. Lt. Steve Rogers and Lt. Dave Smith discuss the domestic reports and threats from Russia, China & Iran to fuel violent post-election protests in the US. A troubling report that the Biden-Harris administration to quietly expand intel agencies, domestic surveillance & control. Military and Cyber expert Nate Cain talks about the DoD Directive that would threaten the freedoms of Americans.
Fears of political violence as Election Day nears | Judges at Washington’s federal courthouse have punished hundreds of Capitol rioters since 2021. Before recently sentencing another to prison, U.S. District Judge Reggie Walton said he prays Americans accept the outcome of next month’s election, but expressed concern that Donald Trump and his allies are spreading the same sort of conspiracy theories that fueled the 2021 attack. Russia and Iran may fuel violent post-election protests in the US, intelligence officials warn | Tuesday’s warnings in a declassified memo cited two recent examples of foreign intelligence agencies seeking to sow discord ahead of the vote. The memo, released by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, said both countries could support violent protests either by covertly organizing events themselves or by encouraging participation in those planned by domestic groups. The aim, the officials wrote, would be to increase division, cast doubt on election results and complicate the transfer of presidential power. The risk that one of America’s adversaries could encourage political violence after the election is greater this year, officials said, because officials in both nations now have a better understanding of the complicated process the U.S. uses to certify the vote. Russia, China and Iran have all rejected claims that they seek to meddle with the U.S. election. (AP)
Government Overreach! Past Abuses: The FBI and DOJ’s Deprivation of Rights | National Security is an umbrella statement – remember the Patriot Act after 9/11 and how that violated Americans. The illegal surveillance of Trump campaign staffers through the misuse of FISA warrants and the Russia Russia Russia narrative were all made up by govt agencies. The DOJ’s weaponization of federal law to target pro-life activists and concerned parents. Biden-Harris quietly expand intel agencies, domestic surveillance & control | As the Biden-Harris Administration nears the end of its first term, Americans are facing an unsettling reality: the federal government is quietly expanding its power in ways that threaten the very freedoms upon which this country was founded. On September 27, 2024, the Department of Defense issued Directive 5240.01, a document that, on its face, appears to be an administrative update. However, the fine print… (America Out Loud)
This directive could transform the military and intelligence agencies into tools for domestic surveillance and control, raising serious questions about the true intentions of the Biden-Harris administration. Past abuses by federal agencies like the FBI and DOJ. Both institutions have demonstrated their willingness to exceed their mandates.

The Hill reports that Harris sees troubling signs in the latest New York Times/Siena poll. We’ll discuss election predictions, polls, and strategy. Despite multiple assassination attempts, Kamala Harris doubles down on calling Trump a Fascist, a Hilter, and a threat to democracy. Atty Sidney Powell, Prof Pedro Blas González… the 2024 Election is like no other in America’s history.
Voters are convinced the economy is worse than it is. It could cost Harris the election | Entering the final week before the election, the vibes for Democrats aren’t great — and many in the party are at a loss over how to influence a seemingly calcified electorate. Polls across the swing states are tightening for Trump. Republican Senate candidates are gaining on their opponents. And over and over, Democrats lament that nothing they do seems to get through to Trump-curious voters. Nothing “moves the needle,” as Washington insiders like to say. (Politico)
Harris sees troubling signs in latest New York Times/Siena poll | The final national poll before Election Day from The New York Times and Siena College has some troubling signs for Vice President Harris, the Democratic presidential nominee. The poll finds Harris deadlocked with former President Trump, the GOP nominee, after she led him in an earlier version of the poll taken in October by 3 percentage points. The new poll is sparking talk that Harris could actually lose the popular vote to Trump. The Democratic ticket has won the popular vote in the last four elections, and seven of the last eight races. In another bad sign for Harris, just 28 percent of respondents said the U.S. as a country was headed in the right direction. (The Hill)
Trump alumni warn he could deploy troops against Americans | Less than two weeks until Election Day, some of Trump’s most senior former advisers are warning Americans to take his militaristic impulses seriously. His longest-serving chief of staff, John Kelly, told the New York Times that he feels Trump meets the definition of “fascist,” expected personal loyalty from military leaders and spoke admiringly of Adolf Hitler. “To use the U.S. military in terms of domestic law enforcement, it’s not the American way,” Kelly said in an interview with The Washington Post. “The fear is he will tell them to do something illegal, and that’s a really bad thing to do. And then you have generals resigning. And very possibly within the ranks, you have people refusing to do it. These guys are going to follow the law.” (Washington Post)
