God grants us the opportunity to choose to do better and improve ourselves with every new breath.
This opportunity comes with many choices.
What new me do I want to be?
We can choose to stay stuck, or we can have the courage to move forward through the gift of our own free will. However, the blessing of improvement will not come until the lesson has been learned.
He imbues our body with breath, a heartbeat, sensations, and emotions. All of these things are tools on our journey to embrace our highest selves. The state of our health can be seen in the reflection of our physical, emotional, and spiritual being.
Through the alignment of our body with the energy all around us.
In how we respond to the challenges that we face.
We can continue to breathe, or we can hold onto the pain, trauma, and confusion.
We can hold (onto) our breath.
In this episode of Energetic Health Institute Radio, Dr. H discusses the healing power of breath with the beautiful EHI Healers, Angela, and Dr. Meg. The three catch up on the new year and share their personal experiences of working through difficult moments in their breathing practices.
