The viral image from January 6, 2021, that everyone saw captured a MAGA supporter comfortably reclining in Nancy Pelosi’s chair while his feet rested on her desk. That picture went viral before the events of Jan 6 had even ended. Many things were said about the image and what that MAGA supporter did in Pelosi’s office that day. Most of those things were lies.
Richard ‘Bigo’ Barnett was that MAGA supporter who innocently went to DC from Arkansas to protect rallygoers. His life changed completely that day, like so many other J6ers. ‘Bigo’ joins Booker on this episode of ‘Truth Be Told with Booker Scott live from CPAC, again in Washington DC. In another development this week, after receiving credentials from the organizers of CPAC, he was kicked off the premises. He wasn’t alone; many pardoned J6ers were also physically escorted out of the Gaylord event center in Maryland, where CPAC is being held this year. Booker reached out to CPAC for a comment on the record prior to publishing this story and podcast, but they failed to respond. ‘Bigo’ talks about how he was physically removed from CPAC 2025.
Also, the latest Liberty scores were released for the House of Representatives this week.
The national chair for the Republican Liberty Caucus, John Dennis, joins the conversation to go over the 2024 report card. The Liberty Index scores Republican members of Congress on 20 pivotal bills/votes from 2024 that either advance liberty or diminish liberty. Dennis, having run for Congress against Nancy Pelosi five times since 2010, has vast knowledge and instincts he will share on this program.
